Careers

Mission Measurement works with America's leading nonprofits, CSR initiatives and foundations to improve their social impact. We are headquartered in the heart of downtown Chicago.

Mission Measurement is a different kind of consultancy. We are a for-profit firm that works exclusively with social sector organizations. Our work is super-engaging, high-profile, socially impactful and fun. We work with some of the most innovative companies and some of the most prestigious organizations in the world who are all focused on making real social impact. We see the end results of our work – more lives improved, more effective organizations, and better return on social investment. And it is incredibly rewarding. We work with fascinating people – from Fortune 500 CEOs to Ronald McDonald House managers to Smithsonian Paleobiologists. We develop deep, meaningful relationships with our clients, and with each other. We offer the best benefits: semi-annual performance bonuses, profit sharing and full health care coverage.

Consultants are encouraged to share their expertise with the field through public speaking, publishing case studies and articles, serving on nonprofit boards and conducting workshops. Consultants are also expected to actively contribute to the firm’s development by participating in internal initiatives, business development and recruiting.
