Careers
Mission Measurement is a different kind of strategy consulting firm. Talented professionals are drawn to our work for a number of reasons:
- Sense of fulfillment by applying analytics and business judgment to social issues and challenges in a professional services setting
- Client base that includes innovative leaders in the corporate, nonprofit and public sectors
- Opportunity to influence and contribute to the growth and development of a fast-growing strategy consulting firm
- Colleagues who share an entrepreneurial drive and collaborative culture
- Sustainable work-life balance supported through an office-based model
Our culture rewards those who have a vested interest in excelling in their position. The culture is also conducive to impactful personal and professional development opportunities that allow our consultants to grow. We encourage our consultants to push the boundaries of our capabilities, initiatives and thought capital to help them realize their full potential.
Our interviews involve a combination of fit and case interviews. You will be asked to work through a case study with your interviewer to clearly demonstrate your logical thinking skills, ability to work through vague client challenges, and reach creative conclusions. The purpose of this is to give our candidates a better idea of the types of problems our clients face, as well as allow us to see your core consulting skills in action. While our candidates come from various types of professional backgrounds, we encourage each applicant to practice case interviews geared specifically to consulting in advance of your interview through online and print resources. We seek the same strong analytical skills as other strategy consulting firms and structure our case interviews similarly to these with a focus on social impact challenges our clients face.
