$950 Million of Social Impact
As a mission-driven organization itself, Mission Measurement strives to measure and increase its own social impact. The scope of this impact can be seen in the investments made by the organizations with whom we work – from school networks to Fortune 100 corporations to social service nonprofits. Through our work, we help organizations examine and realign their budgets to maximize their impact, both internally and through grantmaking and other investments.
As a way of understanding our impact, we categorized all of our client engagements in fiscal 2009 as either high or low budgetary influence and obtained approximate budget figures where already known or publicly available. For those organizations categorized as high influence in fiscal 2009, Mission Measurement influenced nearly $950,000,000 in social sector spending, including at least $250,000,000 of budgetary influence in each of our three primary practice areas. We’re proud to work with such influential and impactful organizations and look forward to an even more productive 2010.
