Chris Cyr, VP Data & Analytics


As Vice President of Data & Analytics, Chris has a passion for data-driven problem solving and effectively integrating measurement and strategy best practices into complex organizations. As Director of the Impact Genome Project®, Chris is creating the next generation of data to help social sector decision-makers improve their impact. He is formerly a member of the Mission Measurement consulting practice, where he helped corporate and private funders refine and optimize their philanthropic strategy.

Prior to joining Mission Measurement, Chris worked as a leader in the Marketing Strategy & Insights practice at interactive agency, Rosetta, a member of the Publicis Groupe. There, he fused disparate data sources (market research, customer data, behavior tracking, syndicated data) to design and optimize growth strategies and personalized marketing programs for industry leaders in consumer tech, entertainment, media, communications, and travel. His work included customer acquisition, cross-sell/up-sell, retention, loyalty, pricing strategy, media planning, product development and launch, and CRM.

Chris earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics, with dual concentrations in Finance and Decision Processes, from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
