Paul Wolfe, COO


A founding Board Member, Paul brings extensive experience in operations, alternative fund management, and strategic consulting across a number of industries. Prior to joining Mission Measurement in January, 2016 in a full-time capacity, Mr. Wolfe was Chairman of 60 Degrees Group, a provider of middle and back office services to alternative investment funds, family offices, and their underlying portfolio companies.

Prior to 60 Degrees, Mr. Wolfe was a principal for over a decade at RCM, a global multi-strategy alternative investment manager, where he helped build the firm from US$200MM and 20 employees to multiple funds totaling US$4 Billion in assets under management with over 200 employees in Chicago, New York, Menlo Park, London, Bermuda, Sao Paulo, Mumbai, and Hong Kong.

Prior to RCM, Mr. Wolfe served at GE Capital. Fluent in both Spanish and Portuguese, with a working knowledge of French, Mr. Wolfe’s service at GE Capital included a four-year focus on private equity and privatization in Mexico, Brazil, and Argentina. In addition to leading multiple privatization efforts for General Electric in the region, he was selected by GE to serve as its board representative at several of its Latin American companies.

Prior to GE, Mr. Wolfe worked in the Northern Virginia technology community for seven years, first at NuMedia Corporation, a multimedia technology firm responsible for several of the patents associated with MSNBC, the joint venture of GE and Microsoft, and then in corporate development at Tele-TV Systems, a technology development consortium of Bell Atlantic, NyNEX, and Pacific Bell. From 1986-1989, Mr. Wolfe served as a member of the Senior Management team of the non-partisan, non-profit National Security Archive.

Mr. Wolfe began his business career at Bain & Company, where he worked as a Strategy Consultant at its Boston headquarters. Mr. Wolfe holds an M.B.A. in Finance and Business Strategy from the University of Chicago and a B.A. in Economics from Williams College.
